Personal Experience & Biography
Tal is known for her professionalism and for being compassionate. Her passion has always been to help others. She has over eighteen years of experience in the legal field, specializing in Personal Injury and Real Estate Law.
She became an Israeli lawyer in 1996, working as a civil litigator specializing in serious personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accident litigation, accident benefits disputes, catastrophic claims, disability insurance litigation, slip and fall accidents, fire and property loss and professional negligence disputes. She also used to handle Real Estate matters, Wills and Estate matters.
Right after immigrating to Ontario, Canada in 2002, she began working as a paralegal in a Personal Injury firm.
In 2008 she founded T.E. Paralegals, handling civil matters including Accident Benefit and Slip and Fall Claims. She has excessive experience conducting mediation conferences, attending Arbitration hearings, fighting for the firm’s clients and ensuring they receive the best benefits and settlement they deserve. She is in contact with her clients on a regular basis. Throughout the years, she built a team of professionals that can assist a victim of accident. She will strongly fight to protect the clients’ rights and ensure that they receive the maximum compensation available under the law.
She graduated from The National Committee on Accreditation for Foreign Lawyers program with a Bachelor of Laws Degree and was called to the Bar in June 2014. That year, Eshel Law Firm was founded.
She is fluent in Hebrew.
