Ilona Agivaeva

Personal Experience & Biography

Ilona earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020 and her current practice focuses primarily on personal injury litigation.

Before joining Eshel Law, Ilona spent several years at a boutique personal injury firm in Toronto handling a variety of litigation matters, including bodily injury, accident benefits, and occupiers’ liability claims and ODSP appeals.

As a zealous advocate for her clients, Ilona takes a client-centered and results-driven approach to resolving disputes. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Licence Appeal Tribunal, and Social Benefits Tribunal.

Ilona is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, Toronto Lawyers Association, and The Advocates’ Society. She is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Ilona is fluent in Judeo-Tat and speaks elementary Russian.
