Akshay Kumar is a dedicated legal professional with experience in personal injury litigation, including Accident Benefits and tort matters. He supports all stages of litigation including client intake, drafting pleadings, managing LAT applications, and coordinating discoveries, mediations, and hearings.

Akshay brings strong experience in civil litigation, with a solid understanding of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule and the Rules of Civil Procedure. Prior to his work in Canada, he practiced as in-house counsel and legal manager in India, advising on contractual, regulatory, and litigation matters across corporate and banking sectors.

He holds a Master’s in Conflict Studies from Ottawa and is known for his strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering efficient, client-focused legal support.

During his leisure times he loves to play cricket, yoga and cooking.
