Akshay Kumar

Personal Experience & Biography

Akshay Kumar is a dual-licensed lawyer in Canada and India with focused on personal injury and civil litigation primarily in motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip and fall and other personal injury claims. Prior to being called to the Bar in Ontario, he assisted partners at law firms across the GTA with personal injury matters, gaining valuable hands-on litigation experience.

He earned his LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and holds a Master’s in Conflict Studies from the University of Ottawa. His strong advocacy and client-focused approach enables him to provide practical guidance and dedicated representation throughout every stage of a claim. Akshay is committed to ensuring his clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their legal journey. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

In his leisure times Akshay loves travelling, yoga and playing cricket.
